If you go with The Garman Group you will not be disappointed! As a first time home buyer I didn’t have any experience in the home buying process, but the team is full of knowledgeable professionals who provide support and guidance through every step. He was not only very thorough in helping us find a place that matched our needs, but prompt as well. Morning, noon, or night when we reached out with questions he was available and helpful with his answers. We really could tell that he cared about us finding a spot that met our wishes. He and the team at The Garman Group really make you feel like you're their top priority and I couldn't be more thankful for his consistency, attention to detail, and kindness! Also, the young man, Patrick Elliott, who runs their social media does a fantastic job. Thanks again, Connor!

This was our first time purchasing a house and Jordan was amazing. She went over every single step of the process with us. She made it so simple and easy for us. She was very informative and she was always there to answer our questions. So grateful were able to work with her and we would definitely recommend her to our family and friends!

As first time home buyers, Connor helped us from beginning to end. From our initial meeting, to writing multiple offers, to helping us negotiate, Connor went above and beyond. We truly appreciate his efforts and will absolutely be referring him to all friends and family.
