A graduate of Padua Academy, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Delaware. Before obtaining her real estate license, she gained valuable experience working for local family-owned businesses, including Platinum Dining Group, Schlosser & Associates Mechanical Contracting, and Wilkinson Homes. These early experiences instilled in her the importance of integrity, trust, and treating every client like family—values that continue to guide her real estate career today.
