Since launching her real estate career in 2015, Mary Kate has built an impressive resume of residential sales, development, property management, and commercial sales and leasing expertise. Buyers and sellers trust her thorough knowledge of the Wilmington market, and as a proud member of The Garman Group, she's integral to the group's operations, business development, and residential and investment sales functions. Before real estate, Mary Kate graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor of science degree in management and honed her exceptional people skills, grace under pressure, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment in the human resources department at Barclays Bank.

 

Mary Kate resides in the popular Forty Acres and Trolley Square neighborhood, where she loves the close-knit community and living near the best restaurants in the city. She is deeply involved with her high school alma mater, Ursuline Academy, where she served as the alumnae association president from September 2020 until August 2022.
